We work with over 1,000 families spread throughout more than 30 states, and we’re committed to accommodating all their needs. While we prefer in-person meetings when possible, we’re also happy to collaborate virtually via video conferences or over the phone for those who do not live in the Evansville area.
While Baird does not offer tax or legal advice, we can assist you with both tax and estate planning. Our team can help you develop strategies to minimize your tax liability and ensure your financial plan aligns with current tax laws. For estate planning, we can work with you to create a comprehensive plan that helps your assets avoid probate and easily transition to your heirs. This often includes coordinating with your estate planning attorney and tax professional to make sure everything is structured properly.
Social Security and Medicare planning are essential parts of a comprehensive retirement strategy. Proper planning helps you maximize your benefits, avoid unnecessary penalties, and ensure you have adequate healthcare coverage as you age.
The short answer is no. We work with a broad variety of clients with diverse asset and income levels. Our focus is that the relationship is a strong fit for your needs and the services that we offer. Investment programs available to our clients often have portfolio or investment minimums. Ideally, our clients have $250,000 in investable assets here at Baird, although we have exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
The Large Cap Equity strategy invests in high-quality companies with the perspective of a long-term business owner. We seek companies that have sustainable competitive advantages, are led by shareholder-oriented management teams and are trading at compelling valuations. We aim to own these businesses for many years to capture the powerful effects of long-term compounding. The strategy will hold 25-30 individual positions and remain fully invested.
Strategy Highlights:
- 30-year track record
- Portfolio of 25 – 30 Individual Large Cap Equity Holdings
- High-Quality Emphasis
- Long-Term Business Owner Focus
- Low Turnover which makes our strategy very tax efficient and minimizes capital gains
